But it’s hard to focus on his chiseled jaw, broad shoulders, and wickedly sexy accent when all Emma can see is his pride, arrogance, and smug demeanor. Sparks fly when Emma realizes Sebastian has his own agenda for being on the show. Will Emma hold fast and keep the aristocratic Sebastian at arm’s length? Or will she put her reservations aside when the lines between reality and “reality show” start to blur?

If you enjoy watching a feel-good-rom-com movie, you'll probably enjoy this book. There are plenty of lighthearted PG-rated laughs.

An adaptation of Pride and Prejudice with a reality-TV spin? Yes, please! A brilliant idea that really works. I wouldn't say I like reality shows, but this angle got my attention. Not only is the main character, but Emma is also relatable; she stays that way throughout the book.

Even though I like the reality show backdrop, the reason Emma appearing on it seems a bit silly. But, surprisingly, it works, so who cares?

The ending is a teaser for book number two, which I plan on reading when I have the time.

This is a feel-good book that brightened my day without making me think about it too much.

Just read the damn book; you'll like it.
