This is a well-written, sweet paranormal romance. The characters come across as real people, and I found myself invested in their lives pretty quickly. I enjoyed the mystery of what happened with Carolyn and Sara Jean.

I loved the ending. Very nicely done. I recommend this for a quick, easy, enjoyable read.

This novella is, probably, 85% telling. It was quite noticeable, and there were times I would have liked the author to lingering certain events so I, as a reader, could really feel them. As it is, I felt a bit of a barrier between the characters and me.

It is a lovely story and has a satisfying conclusion.
