Lisa Gardner wrote another hit story with her trademark gripping plot line and characters you either love, admire, and/or love to hate.

This story brings FBI Agent Kimberly Quinn, Boston PD's D.D. Warren, survivor Flora Dane and computer genius Keith, along with other experts (on an FBI led task force) to investigate a death possibly connected to Flora's deceased abductor.

The small mountain town in Georgia ends up presenting far more challenges than any of them imagined. The crimes start piling up and they all have to work together not only to solve the crimes but to survive.

People who like a good mystery, intense suspense, true crime, solving puzzles, strong characters and/or a great story.

All the empowered women. I especially liked that even though each was strong in her own right, their individual personalities were varied, deep and interesting. I really felt happy for Flora when she made her emotional breakthrough and still kept her badass self.

Ask Lisa Gardner to write another book soon.

It's a great read.

There is a lot of violence, premarital sex and highly disturbing criminal acts.

I borrowed the hardcover version of this book from my local library. You probably already realize this, but I really enjoyed the book.
