Summary of this Book...
This is one of Gladwell's better books, IMO. The subject matter is interesting, and the examples he draws from are diverse and interesting. I've enjoyed all of the author's books to varying degrees, and this is definitely one of his better ones, up there with THE TIPPING POINT and OUTLIERS. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to know more about our cognitive biases in the area of trust and interacting with people we don't really know.
