Summary of this Book...
Married for 20 years, a small town legal team set out to discover more about the death of an eccentric client.
I especially liked... | ||
The main characters, Joe and Lisa Stone, are believable and relatable. There wasn't too much legal jargon to confuse me and just enough to keep it real. Although this book is primarily a legal thriller, it's also at times humorous. Underneath the mystery is the story of Joe, Lisa, and a zany cast of local townsfolk. The plot had a couple of unexpected twists that kept it unpredictable.
I didn't like... | ||
There were a few places where the author was very descriptive, causing the plot to move along rather slowly.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Read more from the author.
The author of this Book...
Has captured both the reality of a 20-year marriage and the essence of small-town life.
