Stephen Colbert's version of confession. Pretty much how it sounds. Given it's about confession some of the confessions the book has may not be appropriate for a younger audience. I believe it's mostly his with some thrown in from twitter for a bit of realism.

Anyone who wants to feel better about themselves.{At least you're not like some of these people.} Anyone who likes Stephen Colbert/his talk show. For those who understand people are human and thereby imperfect.

Some of the confessions were kind of funny.

Since it's supposed to be confessions it can get more serious and what may not be considered appropriate for younger audience. It's supposed to be about confessions so it may not take it too seriously but again look who the author is.

Rethink my life choices, felt somewhat better about my own life.

Conflicted, concerned for humanity

Had a way of writing to make it amusing to read. He definitely keep it real folks. Keep that in mind.

If you know the guy and what he's like then you know what you're getting into. If you don't like him or his talk show then maybe this just isn't for you.

I don't know parts of it I was on the fence about. Since it is related to confessions they can get pretty adult but that goes along with he territory. Just go with your instincts here. You probably have a good idea of how you feel about him before going in.
