Summary of this Book...
Well written and carefully edited novel that can be classified as being in the chick lit or romance genre. In the story, the protagonist Faith McCallum, a nurse, has fallen on hard times and is about to become homeless with two daughters Cara and Ruby. Through luck and after a chance meeting with the very rich Mason who is Alice Bellamy’s son, she finds a job in the Bellamy household. Will she find happiness and a permanent place in this household? This is for the reader to find out. The story is written from four viewpoints with magnificent descriptions of the locales. All the primary and secondary characters are given good and believable yet intricate background stories and credible personalities. The story has a few inspirational and poignant moments, as well. What I couldn’t quite accept was Mason and Faith’s coincidental relationship especially the Cinderella-like ending of it, but such coincidences are a norm in some romance novels. Although this novel is one of a series, it stands alone and is quite enjoyable to read. The author’s storytelling, word choices, and construction of the scenes are engaging and masterful.

I recommend this Book because...
It is well-written and not too sappy as most romance novels are, even if it is still a romance novel.
