Summary of this Book...
This is a story a a group of peculiar children. I use the term "peculiar" from the title because that's the best way to describe them. There is a girl named Olive, and she levitates. The downside to this gift is that she must be constantly tethered to the ground. She walks around in weighted shoes. This group lives in a time loop, continuously living the same day over and over. There are villains, of course, that want to catch the one that maintains the time loop and looks after them "Miss Peregrine". Time can only be manipulated by a bird, so each night she transforms and resets the loop. There is the hero "Jacob" and he winds up the protector. What I enjoyed about this book was that the story corresponded with strange old photographs.
