This book has helped millions of people who suffer from addiction. I do not attend NA but I read a lot of the literature and have found the solution to my problems in the pages of much of their literature. I try to read a lot of self help literature, whether 12 step or other and have found that when I'm in trouble the solution is usually staring at me from the mirror.

It is good for anybody who wants to meditate and have some short passages of inspirational reading to help them do so. You do not have to be an addict to benefit from this literature.

I wanted to start at the front and read through it again. I get something new from it every time.

There is tons of wisdom in its pages.
