Summary of this DVD... | ||
You know those people who fly all the time for their jobs? This is George Clooney's job and he revels in the ability to stay away from other people and relationships since he is always in the sky. His life changes when his company decides to stop flying them and to keep them grounded. He also meets Alex, a female version of himself.
This type of DVD is good for...
Anyone who travels a lot can definitely enjoy this movie. I can't tell you how many times I've worn slip on shoes and make sure to have my belt off by the time I enter the security area.
I especially liked... | ||
I especially liked the relationships between the characters with this movie. It's very real and during the time this movie was created was when the economy took a downturn. So, it's also relatable with this company that fires people for the company.
I didn't like... | ||
I feel like it maybe focused on the romance aspect a little too much.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
I totally wanted to book a flight and fly a lot more.
This DVD made me feel...
It made me excited for traveling and feel for the characters within here.
The cast of this DVD... | ||
Are incredibly well-done and fit together. The cockiness of the main character morphs with the introduction of the other two female leads.
I recommend this DVD because...
They did a great job tackling this subject, it's funny, pulls at the heart strings, and is relatable as well.
I don't recommend this DVD because...
The romance felt a little too forced, I feel like the main character became too invested. I guess it was needed to 'soften' his hard-edged character and show the change he experiences.
Further Comments... | ||
This is a great movie which is fun, funny, and I can completely relate to. I totally count down how many times I've wasted my time not checking in efficiently. When you travel a lot you are aware of these little things. Like neck pillows do not do anything. As well as characters who get along and there's a lot of great points in this movie.
