Richard Dreyfuss has an amazing talent, and gave Mr. Holland appeal both as a teacher and as a man. | ||

The way that schools would sacrifice the "arts" for that of sports....very realistic portrayal though...it is a shame. | ||

Watch it again, of course. This has become one of my favorite all-time movies. | ||

appreciative of excellent teachers, and the impact that they can have on lives. | ||

Solidly portrayed! The people were "down to earth" and realistic. | ||

It shows a slice of "real" life. Both good and bad, and what we do to make lemonade out of lemons. | ||
