Summary of this Book...
Billy and Goat are best friends even though they do things differently. Billy likes to read about adventures while Goat likes to take part in adventures. When the State Fair comes, Goat wants to have fun while Billy feels overwhelmed. In the end, however, they have an amazing time, and even though Goat doesn't win the Blue Ribbon, they both know who the best goat really is.
