You play the younger sibling of a tyrannical king who runs away and gains the magical Hero ability of your deceased father.

First half of the game is gaining the realms trust and making a ton of promises.
Second half is all about preparing your kingdom to combat the evil that wants to take over the world.

RPG lover's like myself that thrive on story-line over 'shoot 'em ups'.

The two part series. First game I've played where there are two very distinct chapters and you can choose to be good or evil.

The length of time you have to hold a button to hit "the sweet spot". In order to get people to like/love/haggle with you, you have to repeat the same button steps and holds a ridiculous amount of times (average 7-10 times PER VILLAGER at about 3-7 seconds each).

Not done with the second half yet but the excitement of the first half increased my desire to play/finish the game. I don't usually finish open world RPGs but this end feels obtainable.

Excited about the world, interested in the story line and 'what happens next'.

It's cute and fun and flows well.

It's not for kids and would use caution for kids under 16 y/o due to the fact that you can have sex, get STDs, marry multiple people and have same-sex unions. My first spouse is a woman, love this feature ;-P
