This is basically the end of a journey for Bilbo Baggins and his friends to get back some stone that belonged to Thorin. They piss off Smaug, the dragon w/ a hoarding problem. He torches the neighboring fishing village. Thorin almost dooms them all when he is taken over with the same thing by the stone.Violence, death and destruction. A good portion involves some manner of that. The remaining few part ways and it leaves off like that. More or less.

Older teens, LOTR fans, fantasy/action lovers, anyone thing along those lines

The elf girl that Legolas seems to like. Woman power, whoop!

When some characters I liked died. There weren't really any couples to hook up.

There is a lot of death and violence. Possibly swearing.

You just have to see it to get an accurate opinion. Over all, I liked it and it was just a real involved story. Watch it or don't. I leave it up to viewer discretion.
