I created this product review for my "Thinking about NanoWrimo - Rebelliously!"  2014 project.

This review is one I am not sure I am going to keep in my port. It is an old movie and it is sentimental for me because, for some unknown reason, it became the movie my grandkids and I watched every New Year's Eve for many years.

This is a fun movie to watch it goes back and forth between current time and back in my childhood years.

*** SPOILER ALERT ***

In one of the most dramatic scenes in this movie Roberta appears to have drowned. The first time I watch this movie with my grandchildren, it looked like this young girl had really drowned!

Oh my goodness, we were all emotionally distraught. The scene was very well done. I found myself concerned about letting young children watch.

Then we were taken from mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to Roberta getting a forceful, angry, furious punch in the jaw.

It was an impressive scenario and played very well. The writing and acting takes the audience for a ride on the roller coaster of polar emotional responses.
