Summary of this DVD... | ||
One of the first neanderthal/cavemen families gets caught up in the shifting of Pangea (Google it).
This type of DVD is good for...
All age groups. I love how animation films cater to all audiences with the jokes and small quips that leap over shorter heads and easily reach the adults in the room.
I especially liked... | ||
The physical role switch of the girl Eep being stronger than the boy Guy. He was the thinker, she was the muscle. It reinforced the idea that 'strong is healthy and cute'; girls should strive to be strong and healthy not 'skinny'.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
Call my Dad. As one of those with unresolved Daddy issues this movie hit a little close to home. As a girl that takes after her biological father more than I care to, in both body and mind, I can relate to the head butting and hope to one day come to a sweet happily ever after like the one presented here.
This DVD made me feel...
happy, relaxed, adventurous
The cast of this DVD... | ||
Always adore Ryan Reynolds and enjoy Clark Duke. Emma Stone has a sweet voice and is a great actress. Cloris Leachman, enough said. Nick Cage did a surprisingly good job. Don't really think of him as the cartoon type.
I recommend this DVD because...
You can't have too many fun and enjoyable movies for the entire family.
