Summary of this DVD... | ||
This is the 5th Season of the Acclaimed show. It was pretty good (not great) until the last 3 episodes. Those were great. Christina Hendricks, was amazing. I will not give the plot away, but the stuff about the money in the partnership turned out to be pivotal. I guess that money always corrupts. I do not like Megan and Don together, but no one asked me.
This type of DVD is good for...
anyone who enjoys the series. There were no major missteps. The thing that happens to one of the partners is something that will haunt Don forever. And Don is good when he is haunted. He is not so good when he is a happy camper.
I especially liked... | ||
Christina Hendricks, as Joan. She really shined in this season.
I didn't like... | ||
Elizabeth Moss and how she is disloyal. I didn't like the outcome with Layne either, but that is all I'll say about that.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
watch Season 6, but I have to wait for it, so for now I'll watch Felicity over again.
This DVD made me feel...
like the magazine Entertainment Weekly loves this show so much that when they used the Beatles Album, Revolver in the show, that they made that the greatest album of all time because they are so ga ga over this series.
The cast of this DVD... | ||
is fabulous. Elizabeth Moss was a bit off this year, though.
I recommend this DVD because...
if you are watching the series, Season 5 is definitely better than Season 4 was. Those last 3 episodes are riveting and I like that Joan finally got a clue and dumped that idiot moron husband of hers.
