Summary of this Book...
The Westing Game is a mystery novel - a billionaire dies and points his finger at one of sixteen people. It's up to them to find out which one is the murderer!
This type of Book is good for...
fans of mystery novels written for younger readers. Many readers find this book in their pre-teens to teens
I especially liked... | ||
that the book kept me guessing! It was nearly impossible to guess everything revealed in the book, even the ending!
I didn't like... | ||
Sixteen characters are a lot to remember. I have trouble with lots of characters, keeping them straight. Also, the ending. I don't want to give anything away, and it wasn't the answer to the mystery that bothered me. There was an "all wrapped up" feeling to it that I didn't quite like, though younger readers probably wouldn't have an issue with it.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
go back in time. I really think if I read this when I was younger, it would be one of my favorite books! If you know a pre-teen or teen who loves mysteries, definitely show them this book!
This Book made me feel...
like finding all my favorite childhood reads and reliving the thrill of enjoying them!
I recommend this Book because...
if you're a fan of YA mysteries, this seems to be a good one!
