This is Season 3 of Downton Abbey. It left me very upset. Do not read on if you do not want to know what happens.

The series starts with the marriage of Matthew and Mary and the problem that Robert has frittered away all of Cora's money investing in something stupid. So, it looks like the family will have to leave Downton Abbey. Matthew gets a huge windfall from the estate of Lavinia' Father.

The question is will he give it away or use to to help Robert and will Robert listen to things that make sense with regard to managing the estate. Both Mary and Sybil have babies this season.

Edith gets jilted at the altar by Sir Anthony.

anyone who loves Downton Abbey like I do.

when Tom Branson is hired as the estate agent and whose idea it is to hire him. I also LOVE all the Bates stuff.

the deaths. I do not like that they killed off one of the sisters and a main male character - I do not see how Season 4 will be without Matthew. How horrible!

Cry and then watch it again and again. Mr Hooves and I watch it over and over. It is the first thing that we both enjoy that much.

goodness. They are all fabulous. It is hard to pick a favorite. I love Carson, but I am enthralled by Mr. Bates. My favorite line this season is his. It is when he says to Jimmy, "Why do you have to be such a big girl's blouse?" I also like when Anna tells Bates that Thomas is "Mr. Stick it up your jumper"!

it is wonderful as is the entire series!
