Summary of this Book...
The Wall begins with the discovery of a bug infestation but becomes much more than that. I found this story to be chilling, easy and quick to read, and with non-stop suspense. It features bugs of all kinds and murdered people who come alive, at least in the murderer’s mind. Actual violence is minimal, only alluded at, and the way the story ends satisfies the reader as nastiness finds its punishment. The theme of the story is guilt, since the murderer’s mind punishes her as the plot keeps taking unexpected turns. The story is told in first person from the murderer’s point of view. The writing is crisp, and the use of language is skillful. I’m sure readers who like the horror genre will find this story entertaining an enjoyable.
