This is the 1st in the series of Stephanie Plum Mysteries. Stephanie becomes a bailbondsmen after she is fired from her job. Her first case involves a man from her past, Joe Morelli and her unresolved relationship with him provides a lot of comic relief.
This type of Book is good for...
anyone who enjoys mysteries written with a sense of humor.
I especially liked...
the character of Grandma and Joe Morrelli.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
eventually read the next one to see where the Morrelli/Stephanie relationship might be going.
The author of this Book...
knows how to tell a good story with lots of twists and turns.
I recommend this Book because...
it is enjoyable. It is not the best mystery I ever read, but I did enjoy the reading of it. I am not sure I like the setting that much, which is Trenton, NJ.
