Speaking Earth is an interactive guide for elementary children which teaches and guides them into living in harmony with the earth.

Working with children on a variety of interactive questions and activities dealing with nature, the earth, what they can learn from the earth and what they can give back.

Give a copy to my grandchildren and talk with my granddaughters girl Scout troop about using the book in conjunction with several of the badges the troop is working on.

Maureen Lynah was born and raised in Massachusetts. As a child she loved listening to: fairy tales, fables and stories which had a magical theme. As she grew older she developed a deep appreciation for metaphysical teachings, especially those that are earth centered. Maureen has a M.Ed from Lesley College in Early Childhood Education. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and dog Boston.

I felt the approach is one that while aimed at children, applies across the board to adults as well. The book presents in a new and fresh way the opportunity to examine the planet we both live on and need to survive.
