Summary of this CDs & Vinyl...
This is definitely a mixed bag of lovely traditional Irish music and what I consider over-produced rubbish. There is good and bad, in other words.
This type of CDs & Vinyl is good for...
some of it is good for those who like beautiful voices and traditional Irish music.
I especially liked...
Ailein Duinn, God's Alibi, Roby Roy Reels, The Price of FIre and Eastern Reel.
I didn't like...
most of the rest of it.
When I finished n/a this CDs & Vinyl I wanted to...
hear it again to give it all another listen.
This CDs & Vinyl made me feel...
some of it made me feel quite soothed.
The n/a of this CDs & Vinyl...
needs to focus on traditional and just letting that voice shine through and not over producing it.
Further Comments...
I got this CD for 3 trade in credits. I would not have purchased it and based on my first listen, I wouldn't pay more than 3 credits for it. However, I am not going to trade it back in because the good stuff is good enough to keep.
