Summary of this Book...
I have a rule with books. If I don't like it for any reason after the first 50 pages, I do not read on. I did not read on past page #50, although the subject is Martha Stewart, one of my favorite people.
I didn't like... | ||
the assertion that Martha never cared for or wanted her child. This author clearly had an agenda. Also, this version starts with an apology to someone defamed in an earlier printing. This is an author who doesn't seem to check his facts.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
get rid of this book. | ||
The author of this Book...
angry. | ||
I don't recommend this Book because...
I thought it was grossly unfair. He talked to every bitter old bat she ever knew. Who achieves such fame without acquiring those who would tear her down for money or attention, especially women.
Further Comments... | ||
It figures that a lesser known man wrote this. What I got from the first 50 pages is that he is envious of Martha's success and wanted to tear her down. Dumb reason to write a book in my opinion. What a load of cow pies!
