Winter Robinson believes there is a hidden order in each one of us waiting to be discovered and explored – a hidden order that tells us our true meaning of life, the reason why each one of us is here on this earth.
Robinson gives personal tales from her life along with stories from other people on how they found their inner hidden order.
Each chapter gives a lesson and “Experiential Practice”, including how to get started, journaling assignments, the “tool bag”, food for thought (a quote pertaining to the lesson), an invocation and ritual.
The second part of the book is “Master Practices”. These include: Ego and Beliefs, Following the Breath – Quieting the Mind, Dreams, and Intention.
A Hidden Order is definetly interesting and the exercises are appreciated. However, I’d have to say this book is more for people who don’t already feel they know their true selves. It is a form of self discovery for those who are looking for an answer to the question, “Why am I here?”
