The epsiodes are usually self-contained short stories narrating the suffering of a different individual caused by one or more antagonists. The protagonists' dramas are explained in detail from the start of their grudges, through the escalation of their torment until it becomes unbearable and they resort to accessing the Hell Correspondence Website. For some, the client gives the antagonist a chance, still, he or she ends up pulling the string on his or her doll and sending the antagonist to hell. Once they have pulled the string, before taking the antagonist to hell, Ai Enma punishes the person for his or her sins with the help of her companions.
The catch though, is that when the client does himself/herself someday, he/she will also go to hell.

13+ people. I don't think it's pretty advisable for kids because they might think it's okay to do the whole 'revenge-cycle'...

When the 'hateful' character gets punished. Some of the punishments are pretty brutal and looks really painful. But, most of the time the antagonist deserves it.

List the names of all the people I hate. But I didn't find anyone I hate so much as to wish them death. (I think that's a good thing.) *relieved_sigh*

I don't know exactly. I just thought some of the clients were petty and stupid. They didn't have to resort to killing the antagonist if they did something better for themselves in the first place.

It's got the lesson: 'Don't do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you.' Although, the interpretation is much for horrible and brutal.

Kids shouldn't watch this. It's brutal, a little depressing and it's pretty violent, really.
