Summary of this Book...
This is the third of Julia Cameron's collection of the Artist Way series. There are essays and exercises that enhance creativity. Theprogram includes weekly walks, and as in The Artist Way Morning pages (3 pages of journaling) and artist dates. Ther are weekly check ins. The program is set in 12 chapters for 12 weeks. I enjoyed doing this book as much as the artistwasy and finding water.
