This is a really good family movie with Melissa Gilbert (she played Laura in Little House on the Prarie). This is a movie about a girl whose father dies and when she goes through his things after the funeral...she finds out that not all parents tell their children everything! She goes out west because she finds out that her father had a wife previous the marriage to her mother.

So goes goes out west and finds this first wife in a cemetery. She has chili from the local diner, but gets food poisoning. Then she gets accosted by a rattlesnake. Then she is saved by a woman (Lindsey Wagner) putting flowers on the same grave she herself had come to find and the story unfolds from there.

This is a really great family story about fathers and sisters and daughters and the fact that family isn't always about blood relationship and what you grew up expecting out of people...family are the people who let you into their hearts and are ready to take care of you despite the odds or what it will cost them.

Everyone. Its a good soft Sunday night movie, low key, get a cup of Chi tea and a friend, bundle up in front of a fire and enjoy. Good for the soul type movie.

Very good, very thoughtful...I think this is a Hallmark film.

Even hard core action film lovers like me need some softy movie every now and then.
