Summary of this Book...
TWO WORLDS APART: THE SAGA CONTINUES is the continuation of the story about the two twins, Katrina and Brandon Harris, approximately nine years later when the two are now about seventeen years old. The author proposes the two in the world of the Iroquoi and Cherokee Indian civilization, respectively. There are sweeping graphic scenes as the story progresses through territories in different states across the union in the early 19th century.

I was impressed at the relentless "gait" of the plot as the Indians moved about and the twins battled wits with their Indian comrades, having survival in mind. Brandon Harris, known as Sakonige Diniktoli, is well- prepared knowing Man vs. The Wild. He manages to live through bloodshed and suspense to find his twin sister in a most extraordinary journey. Katrina's life with the Iroquoi is just as remarkable. She is elsewhere as two twins dream of meeting up with each other. Clasp in the arms of the Indians, from her being to sold to Red Heron, she at a certain point in the book returns to Brown-Like-The-Bear, having bore his child. Their love is shown in deep arousement of the senses as are all the lovers in different scenes. Brandon, in the friendly shadow of Stalking Wolf, on the otherhand, continues the Saga.

The lives of others like Uncle Eric Harris and his wife Rachel, Travis Monroe, Rodney his brother and William his father as well as characters named Ross Goodman and John Ross show up in the plot.
Colorful Indians like Dancing Turtle, Black Buffalo, and Iron Eagle to name a few of the wealth of Indian names flew across the page as I read about them. This enriching plot-line, intricate and done with clarity and detail continued into a confrontation of the two twins as they reached higher ground, a marriage for Brandon included.

This type of Book is good for...
TWO WORLDS APART: THE SAGA CONTINUES again practices the ideas of Indian life with the thought in mind they are, indeed, "a most civilized people" in their
difficult stages of evolving. At one point, there is an arguement with one, John Ross, about the Indian Removal Act. The threat of the Indian Removal Act under President Andrew Jackson worries the Indian, Stalking Wolf and the other Aniyunwiya Indians. The novel is good for reasons of history like this as well as the survival level of the two white twins and their Indian comrades.

As well, the underlying tender themes of love and lust
are magnificently done by Sherri L. Gibson in an underbelly of realistic romance with a fine psychological language of feelings and expressions many authors never achieve.
I especially liked...
I truly liked the love-language as I have previously mentioned in an ironic bloodshed past of the Indians
spoken with fervor. Brandon Harris, at some parts,
and Katrina Harris, at some parts, speak to the soul
with honesty and greatness. An even keel of adventure,
love, mystery, and historical significance occurs.

As a secondary thought, I enjoyed the victuals in meal-scenes the author described. As in Sherri's first novel in the series, they were done with powerful taste.
I didn't like...
I found nothing I didn't like about this novel. I said the same thing for the first book, and this one is no different. A book like this is much too enriching and colorful to find fault with.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Reread it, which I did in parts, to get a clearer picture I could remember the novel by.
This Book made me feel...
Well-informed about the Native American Indian in the early 19th century. It also made me relax with an inner voice of love and kinmanship that pondered questions of life with irrevocable truth.
The author of this Book...
Sherri L. Gibson is to be commended for another wonderful book on the shelves. It's a lasting memory.
I recommend this Book because...
It will knock your socks off.
Further Comments...
Because Sherri L. Gibson is a Writing.com member, I find TWO WORLDS APART: THE SAGA CONTINUES a more than valuable work. She speaks with a great inner voice and I liken her to a "spiritual healer" with it, because of its quality and meaningful content.
