Summary of this Book...
A gift-sized book (5" x 6½", 92 pages), Sayings of a Philosopher is filled with personal observations on life, and sayings--obviously--some wise, some ponderous, and others to make you smile or laugh out loud. From the back of the book: Dr. John W. Friesen, author of several books, both academic and contemporary, now shares his witty, humorous, tongue-in-cheek look at life. In this collection of philosophical meandering to which we can all identify, he'll have you pondering everything from laptops and elephants on airplanes, to practical governing, and tell-it-like-it-is philosophy.
