Summary of this Book...
Stephen King writes about some of his life experiences related to writing. He does this with a frank style and no nonsense point of view. Steven King also talks about writing and the tools he believes every writer should have and use in their "toolbox". He realtes some good stories from his past and in typical King style he pulls no punches. If he needs to use an expletive, he does. He writes about telling the truth, and it is evident in his own writing. This book is one of a kind, it made me laugh in a number of places and also gave some good insights into writing that made me think. From Steven's hate of adverbs, to his thoughts on bad writers through excellent writers, this book is a keeper and a must read.
