Summary of this Book...
A true story about a French lady whom as a teenager traveled to America to be an exchange student. She left France 5ft2, 105 pds, but she came back to Paris 5ft2 140 pds! The American way of life, she says, made her gain weight and have a negative view of her life. Her father was so disgusted by the way that she looked that he handed her over to his doctor, who in the book is called, "Dr. Miracle." Dr. Miracle helped Mireille (the lady in the book), lose the weight and help her out of her depression. Mireille then tells everyone how she did it without exercise and eating anything you want. The trick is to eat smaller portions of anything you want and to at least walk 20 minutes a day.
