This book explains in very simple terms and brings to light an understanding of the Islamic religion in a historical manner. | ||

I liked that it was written in a very simple format, as though in conversation with a child. For someone who does not understand the fundamentals of something, using a simple format makes understanding much easier. I also liked that it dispelled some of the myths and common thinking among Western civilizations. | ||
I didn't like... | ||
I didn't like that it didn't go into extreme detail about some issues. | ||

I wanted to explain what I learned to the nearest person, and let them know that Islam is much more open minded than many people think. | ||
This Book made me feel... | ||
It made me feel happy to learn something new, and to have many of the untruths righted. I was glad that I had gained a new understanding of a religion I knew very little about. | ||

The author explains things in the simplest terms, even going so far as to explain the meanings of words and how it applies to Islam and the Muslim community. | ||
