Pathway to Publication focuses on various aspect of writing but more particularly how to take whatever you have written to publication in whatever means you choose. It advises of some downfalls in each method of publication and gives honest opinion about aspects of the world of publication.

Writers who aspire to have their writing published. Those who may have already submitted their works with no success or those who are contemplating doing so.

The easy straight forward 'talk' of the Author. Her voice is very loud and clear in this book and it really does sound like one author 'speaking' to other writers and sharing her experiences.

Peggy Graham occasionally seemed very opinionated. She occasionally mentions techniques and admits that she can see value in them yet she does not use them. I spent some time trying to work out the logic behind choosing not to use a technique that seems sound. She can also seem a little aggressive and I occasionally felt she was using her book to rant about problems she's had in the past.

Get back to writing my own. That is always a great positive when reading about writing. Some books leave you feeling defeated. "How could 'I' ever write something like 'that'?" This book pointed out some of the pitfalls of the writer's world and yet restores perseverance, patience and persistence.

Confident and inspired. I felt confident that my talent and dedication will withstand the hard world of publication. I felt inspired to go forward with my writing regardless of any possible opposition.

Peggy Graham is obviously a published author. She has four other books listed in the front of Pathway to Publication as well as short stories and poems. I would certainly be interested in reading some of her other works.

It gives writers an inside look at the publishing world. It points out some of the whys as well as gives advice on what to do and what not to do while searching for publication.
