Summary of this Book...
Do you like the tales of Camelot, and yet find them a little too dark at times? If you wish for a new perspective on some of the oldest and most well known tales around, well then, this book will be a beautiful new thing. This tells the stories though a new viewpoint-the squire to the (im)famous Sir Gawain. Terence, a young teenager is swept into the adventures as the two of them get drawn into each others worlds, and get into all sorts of scrapes-some new, and invented by the author, and some as old and well known and loved as Camelot itself. The book is a gem among the treasure chest of Camelot tales because the stories are not only told with a new character tossed in the fray, but they are also laced with a clever, almost satric humor, that is all too rare in books set in this time period.
This type of Book is good for...
People who love the old tales-but wish for an occasional new spin on them, and sometimes just like to relax in the lighter side of Camelot. Which isn't to say that the books don't have their serious moments-they do. But, the author has just found the perfect balance between the two.
