Summary of this Book...
A girl who gets mysterious questions followed by philosophy courses in the mail. She knows who sends those, but she also gets birthday greetings from Hilde's father to Hilde in her c/o. Who is Hilde? And why is she getting her birthday cards?
I especially liked... | ||
The maze that keeps anyone absorbed in the book for days!
I didn't like... | ||
That I had to finish the book!
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Read it again, then reread it, then reread it, then reread it!
This Book made me feel...
Stupid yet intelligent. I felt stupid coz I thought about what Socrates said. "One thing only that I know, and that is I know nothing." If he, the philosophy genius, said that, then what about you and me? Yes I felt intelligent coz I learned more, and with every time I read this book I learn even more.
The author of this Book...
He really has a talent in writing. I am amazed by how enetertaining he made philosophy!
I recommend this Book because...
It is suitable for all ages, but it is written for teenagers. It's a brilliant book for someone who has ANY question in philosophy. And if someone doesn't know anything about philosophy, then this is the book to start with!
I don't recommend this Book because...
If you don't appreciate philosophers or the science of philosophy, then this book isn't for you.
Further Comments... | ||
You have to read this book. And by the way, this is the fourth book that no one answered in my contest, "Invalid Item" .
