Summary of this Book...
alien encounters, reviving childhood friendships, understanding true "gifts".
I especially liked... | ||
how Stephen King always makes me laugh. Ok, so I enjoy sick humor.
I didn't like... | ||
that it was another "alien" book. Not my favorite theme when his books are concerned.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
write this review!!! | ||
This Book made me feel...
aware that the aliens are inside us, so to speak. We control our own destiny, even if we think we are under another's control.
The author of this Book...
wraps me up in his words like a favorite blanket. When I read his books it's like returning to an old friend. Reading is a treat, not a chore.
I recommend this Book because...
it's Stephen King. Perhaps not his best, but still excellent. Any true fan of King will love it.
Further Comments... | ||
A great read! Part of the story was set in Stephen King's favored town of Derry. It mentioned parts of his book IT, which I haven't read, but seen the movie. Now I am tempted to read the book, even though clowns scare the heck out of me. A Stephen King book that actually scares me?? Who knows?
