World Building. There are magic portals, exotic creatures and wish-fulfilling beads. Of course there are angels and the demons and their magic power. And in midst of them are our Romeo and Juliet, ahem, I mean there are Karaou and Akiva. It's just amazing.

Read it once again and search for the wish fulfilling beads for myself.
