Grenouille was born in France back in 1738.when France looked dirty and not healthy at all.He was born on the fish market, under the table where his mother sailed fish.After she dropped him out of her stomach, from the very first moment he looked like not just ordinary child.He was born with very sensitive nose, he could feel every smell even meters away but he only couldn't feel the smell of himself.After his mother being caught and killed on the fish market Grenouille-frog in French,had to go to orphanage where he stayed till his puberty.After the owner of the orphanage died he then gets free to go out in town and to explore it.Paris looked very dirty and unhealthy back then and Grenouille, walking by the street, suddenly feel the smell of something unknown to him.Different smell, beautiful pure smell.He follows his senses and they bring him to one corner of the street where he sees a young, beautiful girl. He approached to her and seduced by her beauty he can't control his feelings over her and he starts to hug her trying to remember her smell.Girl couldn't do get out of his strong hug since she was terrified and his hug became more strong until she didn't breathe her last breath. She died in his arms and he then feels how she is loosing a smell that he felt before she died.He decides to become a creator of perfumes and he starts to work for famous perfumer Baldini.He convince him how he is really good with smells and in order to prove his skills Baldini ask of him to make one perfume that has been most famous that time.Grenouille succeed and they started to work together.Business grew and Baldini was satisfy with him but Grenouille still had young girl in his mind and her smell in his nose.Baldini let him to go, after he got great fortune with him and Grenouille travels to Grasse.On the way to Grasse he decides to stay away from the cities and people and he lives all alone in a cave for 7 years.After he caught an eye of one scientist who changed him and gave him nice clothes, Grenoille look himself in the mirror and then he realize how his body has special power.He then tricks his way to another perfumery story where he makes perfume that is most commonly to the human smell.Before no one would notice him but when he put this perfume on himself everyone around him accept him into their society.Then he realize how he wants to make a perfume that smells like human being and like that he can control a whole world.In Grasse he saw many beautiful girls and he's been seduced by them.He realize that he has to kill all of them so he can collect their personal smell to make just one from all of them.He started to kill young girls, collecting their smell into 24 small bottles, using some kind of wax that he cooked with oil.In Grasse he meets young Laura, she suppose to be his victim but he has been saved by her father first time.Two years after murderers passed young Laura has been older and her father still thought that she is going to be next victim.This time he couldn't save her and Grenouille kill her.On the last day he mixed all 24 bottles of different smells with the smell of young Laura.However,they caught him and they accused him for murder of the other girls as well and punish him with death on the public square.On the day of execution he brings a small bottle with all smells and he put it on himself.People seduced with strong smell of the perfume turned the execution into massive orgy because all girls that he killed were virgins.Grenouille has been pardoned for his murders and they set him free.However he wants to go to Paris to die because he didn't want to stay in Grasse anymore.After he came to Paris he puts perfume on his clothes on the public square and all people, seduced now even more, jump on him and starts to eat him until they didn't eat the last peace of him.There he finished ,in their stomach.

I just liked the idea for creating such a perfume.I don't know if that is even possible.

Patrick Suskind,German author.I've never red anything from him except "Perfume" so I don't know.This was spectacular idea and even with my disgusting feeling I think he did great.

It's just different than usual gothic stories, it has some scary note,it's interesting reading.

Whoever feels disgust by the idea of dirty and unhealthy,don't read it.The book contains lot of dirty scenes.Some of them even me couldn't bare.I just don't like anything that reminds me on mouses and rats.

I have a book, I have a movie as well.I usually do one or another,either I read a book or I just watch the movie.But this time I've decided to do both.They are equally good,a book and movie.
