First of all, I do not care for the title of this book. I thought Killing Lincoln was okay for a title, but Killing Kennedy seemed insensitive to me (to Caroline Kennedy) and this title upsets me for unknown reasons. It just does.

That said, I learned a lot that I didn't know about the historical events surrounding the death of Jesus. I am not particularly religious and I never realized that Rome and the government of Rome played such a large part in the killing.

Plus, Julius Caesar's death is related in such a way that it logically follows, with all the violence and political intrigue and vying for control.

anyone who wants to learn about what happened to Jesus.

the people who helped him and tried to help him and were devoted to him even after he was so brutally murdered by the Roman soldiers and the Jewish leaders.

get more books for my Kindle. I was glad to get this as a Kindle book and not a physical book because with that title, I didn't want to look at it on my book shelf.

It is two authors and they do a good job of making the reader feel like you are living at the time of the killing.

as I indicated, I learned a lot from it. There is a lot I didn't know. I didn't realize how much I didn't know about Jesus and his times.
