Sacre Bleu is a novel about the color blue, and it also solves the mystery of Vincent van Gogh's death. It's a story of art and inspiration.

fans of art will appreciate this portrait of Paris in the late 1800s, which focuses on the lives of the impressionists van Gogh, Lessard, Toulouse-Lautrec, and many more.

No author makes me laugh out loud like Christopher Moore. I found this book to be no exception to his other great works.

I also loved the illustrations included in the book! It was great to be able to see some of the works being talked about! Also, there is a chapter guide at www.sacrebleu.info that provides even more background and illustrations!

And I couldn't help noticing the color of the ink in the book was blue. Very nice touch!

I had the pleasure of meeting Christopher Moore on a book tour after this book's release. He is as funny in person as he is in his books, and he is very kind to his fans.

it will make you laugh!

Some of his fans have said that this book isn't his best and some were even disappointed. I think having an appreciation and understanding for art isn't necessary for reading the book, but it will help

The book is definitely Rated R/18+. There are lewd references to sex, prostitutes, etc., so if you're easily offended by those things, you may want to skip this one.
