Summary of this Book...
To say "never a dull moment" would be an understatement for Burning Love. It kept me glued to my Kindle until I finished reading the entire story. The author's succinct use of the language adds to the telling of the story without letting even the laziest reader to skip anything. Not a word is wasted, and every word furthers the plot. No droning descriptions or unnecessary scenes and dialogue exist. All the characters are developed through their actions, and the intense action in the story thrills the reader non-stop. The insertion of some science fiction adds to the tension and keeps the reader alert throughout. In the story, the main character Candice's goal is to find the perfect lover, but her passion becomes her weakness, and her killer lover uses this weakness and her lack of judgment to make her change for the worse. The main character finds herself in such situations that even the second man in her life, whom she truly loves, she cannot trust. Through no fault of her own, Candice commits crimes and gains flaws by the end of the story. Even so, one feels empathy for her and roots for her, which alone shows the skill of Nomar Knight's pen.
I especially liked... | ||
