'Practical Demonkeeping' follows the tortured life of Travis (the 100 yr-old ex-seminarian) as he struggles to find the answer to eradicating the thorn on his side. He must find a way to kill Catch and the only solution lies in the 'sleepy' town of Pine Cove.

Those who like comedy, supernatural and absurd stories.

The characters and the setting. Moore is beginning to grow on me and he manages to weave in his wicked and twisted sense of humor as he writes even the most horrific scenarios.

The way Catch got his at the end. Sure he deserved it, but it still left a few plot holes, but knowing Moore, he's probably got a continuation in another book somewhere.
