I published my first two books, "Blue Notes" and "The Dream of a Thousand Nights" last year with Dreamspinner Press. I write male/male romances (mostly contemporary and fantasy genres). I have another book under contract, and a second in the "Blue Notes" series on the way. I started out writing fan fiction, then realized I liked creating original characters. Both of my published works were WIPs here on WDC (thanks for the encouragement, WDC!). I sent a manuscript to a publisher, expecting a rejection. I got a contract instead. So don't give up! Keep writing and pushing yourself. It's worth it in the end.
