After many years of competently using the language for a variety of practical, largely utilitarian purposes, here are my first attempts at Creative Writing - from my heart, from my instinctive feelings about how words should fit together for no other reason than to create something. I hope that "something" will be inspiring, uplifting, entertaining and perhaps even memorable to you, dear reader. Having no education or training in the art of creative writing, I'm totally unqualified to judge the worth of my words, so I'm leaving this to you, dear reader. Be brutal if needs be - Tell me if I should pursue some other endeavor.
