When I was a little girl I kept a journal, it was a way of expressing myself b/c I had such a hard time vocalizing what I felt. Now, at 38, well almost 39 I find writing to be very therapeutic. It helps me express my feelings for certain things, people, situations, etc. So, by writing them down I let my emotions flow freely and try to learn and understand; why I have those feelings and hopefully make me a better person.
