Leaving You

My eyes started to blur,
As I looked upon screen,
I read the words she typed,
And thought what does this mean?

She said she was moving,
In the middle of July.
I read the words again
And began to cry.

I had always felt alone
Until we were friends,
And now we're being ripped apart
Our friendship now comes to an end.

She is going to high school
Since she is older then me.
Things are going to change
Something she doesn’t see.

I want to go back
To when I was seven,
When nothing ever changed
And I always felt in heaven.

Now I have a question
What do you do?
When your very best friend
Is leaving you.
