Tonight I passed through
Like a ghost in the night

Not like a wraith
full of hate

Not like an angel
blessing all he sees

Merely an obsever
viewing a place I used too call home

I passed very close too you,
could almost sense you
as I moved through town

in the middle of the night
tiptoeing through
my old stomping grounds

hoping not too awaken you
or too many memories

I used too live here
that part of me is dead
