Make sure that every moment is filled with some meaningful activities. Idleness steals otherwise productive time. Don’t procrastinate. Do what you have to do when you have the tiniest opportunity, whether you like it or not. Otherwise, you’ll never get anything done. Don’t spend valuable time regretting the past or worrying about the future. It does you no good. Make the best of what you have now. Concentrate fully on each activity you spend each moment doing. If you think about another thing while on something else, it’s worse than not doing anything at all. Pace yourself and spend your time wisely. Allot time evenly to all things you are involved in. Learn to strike the perfect balance between your multifarious activities. Spend your time productively. Make sure you are gaining something or learning something new every minute. Don’t spend so much time on things that do you no good such as television, etc, remember someone somewhere is doing something better with that time and you are the worst for it. Out all of your hours you have in a day, spend the least time talking, and use your ears and eyes more often. When you talk, the time you spend in doing so should be productive, that is, what you are saying should solve problems, motivate or inspire others. Spend as little time as possible sleeping. The body is naturally lazy and loves excessive rest. If you are not doing anything else, give those muscles of yours some tasking, and you will surely be the better for it. Remember that the excess time you spend sleeping is being used by someone somewhere for something more beneficial and productive. Mundane activities should be strictly regimented so that time is not wasted unnecessarily on things that are relatively unimportant such as eating, bathing, etc. But then, moderation should be watch word. Try to increase the rate of productivity of the time you spend on a particular activity. The time limit should be decreasing as productivity is increasing. |
