Me and Chris

Once there was a little girl named Abby. She had an older yet smaller brother named Davey. Her parents promised her a baby sister but instead her mom got her a puppy cocker spaniel and said it was her sister. She was a small, cute, blond dog with brown eyes named Christmas. Soon they moved to Louisiana, which meant trouble. The dog and Abby were taking a walk near the canal when all the sudden her red collar snapped into two raggedy pieces. Christmas had jumped into the canal! They couldn't get her out until their "mom" got a pop tart and held it out over the stone ground. Christmas swam to the shore and her "dad" pulled the tired dog up. They dried her off and sent her to bed. Abby didn't get in trouble, but she wasn't allowed to walk the dog for two weeks. The End
